A zealous chef and a baker extraordinaire, Aparna Somani has been experimenting with and expanding her culinary repertoire for over 20years now. Be it a professional job for a large order or a simple home-cooked meal for her kids, the uber-talented, self-taught chef always displays the same amount of passion in the kitchen, and settles for nothing but perfection.
Such is her drive, that to hone her skills, Aparna pursued a Baking Course at Sophia, and also went on to acquire a La Patisserie certificate from Le Cordon Bleu, London! From being a mere home chef cooking for friends and family, to being a successful businesswoman running her own commercial kitchen that serves the finest sweet and savoury delights, it’s been quite the journey for her – one, as she’ll say, has only just begun!
